Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham starrer Pathaan hits the screens on January 25. The action entertainer has created a massive buzz promising Salman Khan’s cameo as Tiger, kicking off YRF’s spy universe that also includes Hrithik Roshan from WAR.
However, fans will have to wait longer for Hrithik to join the franchise. Contrary to reports, Hrithik will not be seen in Pathaan that releases on Wednesday. A source said, “There is no point in bringing all the three together in the first of the spy franchise. It will be fun to see them come together in the last of the franchise.”

Given the enthusiastic response of movie-goers in advance booking, Pathaan will open somewhere between Rs 45 to 50 crore at the box office.
According to YRF, about 25 cinemas, which were shut down due to COVID-19, are reopening for Pathaan thanks to the unprecedented buzz.
Pathaan will mark Shah Rukh Khan’s return to movies after director Aanand L Rai’s 2018 film Zero.
