She’s Enthusiastic About The Possibility
Though a fifth film has been in the works for years, Lionsgate officially announced at CinemaCon 2025 that John Wick: Chapter 5 is officially in development with director Chad Stahelski and Keanu Reeves returning, despite his titular character seemingly dying during John Wick: Chapter 4‘s ending. Though plot details remain under wraps, John Wick is seemingly still alive, and based on Ana de Armas’ comments, Eve will seemingly survive the events of Ballerina, raising the possibility of a reunion in Chapter 5.

Our Take On Ana De Armas Potentially Appearing In John Wick 5
It’s Both A Logical & Appealing Move
Including Ana de Armas in John Wick: Chapter 5 would be both a logical and appealing move for the franchise. Ballerina will lay the groundwork for Eve’s relationship with John Wick, likely beginning on tense terms. However, their initial clash could evolve into mutual respect, setting the stage for a compelling partnership that audiences could eagerly embrace. Their shared ties to the Ruska Roma and the criminal underworld could create a natural narrative overlap, with Eve’s skills positioning her as a worthy ally (or rival) in John Wick: Chapter 5.
Ballerina releases in theaters on June 6. There’s no confirmed release date for John Wick: Chapter 5 yet.
