For Aisha Ahmed, Single Papa was profitable because it gave her the chance to work with Kunal Kemmu and filmmaker Shashank Khaitan. That, and since she realised that the Netflix comedy was precisely the sort of sequence that she would watch. At the same time as she enthusiastically stated sure to the undertaking, she remembers that she was nervous to share display screen area with Kemmu on her first day of the shoot. “The second I reached the set, I informed Shashank and Kunal, ‘Guys, I’m tremendous nervous. Now that I’ve stated this, I’m able to go forward with it.’ Shashank gave me a heat hug, and Kunal stated, ‘Ho jayega.’ That eased me into the scene,” says Ahmed, who performs a physician within the sequence.
Jamming with Kemmu on scenes was one other spotlight for the actor. She says she made psychological notes about his strategy to sequences. “He’s such a ready actor, and but, when he performs the scenes, he’s easy. That’s one thing I learnt from him. You could put together to the T, however when you find yourself on digital camera, you improvise, glide, and feed off the co-actor’s power.”
