Drop alum Meghann Fahy finds herself wrapped up in another tense exploration of the social elite with the Sirens trailer. Hailing from Molly Smith Metzler and based on her 2011 play Elemeno Pea, the dark comedy series centers on Fahy as Devon, a woman who, after a saddening family matter, travels to find her sister at the luxury beachside estate she’s working at, only to find that the cult-like owner has influenced her sister in troubling ways. Alongside Fahy, the Sirens cast includes Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow‘s Milly Alcock, Oscar winner Julianne Moore, Emmy nominee Kevin Bacon and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia‘s Glenn Howerton.
With just under a month remaining until the show’s premiere, Netflix has released the first official Sinners trailer. The video introduces audiences to Fahy’s Devon as she looks for her sister at a luxury beachside resort owned by socialite Michaela Kell, discovering that her sister seems to be indoctrinated in her cult-like lifestyle and tries to get her out, especially on the heels of their father’s dementia diagnosis.
