Uma Thurman has officially been cast as a series regular in the Showtime original series Dexter: Resurrection. Picking up where Dexter: New Blood left off, Michael C. Hall comes back to life as the beloved serial killer Dexter Morgan after getting shot by his son Harrison in the reboot series Dexter: New Blood. Filming is already underway, with David Zayas, James Remar, and Jack Alcott also confirmed as series regulars, Resurrection is set to premiere in June 2025.
According to Deadline, Thurman will portray Charley, a former Special Ops officer who now serves as the Head of Security for Leon Prater, a mysterious billionaire. The award-winning actress is also known for her roles in Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill, as well as the HBO drama Hysterical Blindness.
