Dunster Brings New Secrets To The Apple TV+ Drama
Ted Lasso star Phil Dunster is featured in newly released first-look images for season 2 of the psychological thriller Surface. The Apple TV+ original centers on Sophie Ellis, portrayed by Gugu Mbatha-Raw, a woman grappling with memory loss as she endeavors to uncover the truth about her lost identity. Premiering on February 21, Surface season 2 will see Sophia in high-society London as she gets closer to unraveling the secrets of her past and hopefully answering some of Surface’s burning questions.
According to TV Insider, the new images reveal Dunster as the eldest son and heir to the Huntley estate, Quinn. Known for his role as the charismatic yet troubled footballer Jamie Tartt in Ted Lasso, Dunster joins Surface as an elite Londoner caught in the midst of his family’s dangerous secrets. The images showcase Quinn’s interactions with key characters, including his sister Eliza (Millie Brady), his fiancée Grace (Freida Pinto), and Sophie, who is investigating his family.
