According to Sacnilk, ‘Chhaava’ made an impressive business of Rs 85 crore internationally, while its total gross collection in India stands at Rs 620.3 crore. Thus, by the end of day 25, this tale of valour, directed by Laxman Utekar, has officially stormed past the Rs 705.3 crore mark worldwide.
Having said that, it is worth noting that the movie did hit a speed bump on its 4th Monday. The film made around Rs.6 crore only, but with the Holi festivities around the corner, there are chances of improvements in the numbers.
At the same time, the film has crossed the Rs. 500 crore mark at the Indian box office, making ‘Chhaava’ the highest earning film of 2025 so far. It is also the highest earning movie of Vicky Kaushal’s career, who carved a way for himself in Bollywood by playing an array of diverse roles.
Further, ‘Chhaava’ is now the fourth-fastest Hindi film to cross Rs.500 crore mark in a small time. The first was ‘Pushpa 2’ which reached the milestone in just 11 days, then ‘Jawan,’ which was able to attain the stature in 18 days, followed by ‘Stree 2’ which took 22 days.
