Janhvi Kapoor wins hearts with multilingual wishes
Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor turned heads and warmed hearts with her Vishu and Tamil New Year (Puthandu) greetings. Taking to Instagram, she posted a series of photos and videos. The first was a mirror selfie showing her in a gorgeous beige and gold traditional saree. In the next video, Janhvi surprised fans by wishing them in fluent Malayalam, followed by a clip in which she extended her greetings in Tamil. The final photo showed her glowing in a maroon silk saree. She captioned the post with gratitude for the love she receives from Malayali and Tamil fans and wrote, “I wouldn’t feel worthy of that privilege if I didn’t at least try to speak in your sweet sweet language.” She credited her Malayalam and Tamil tutors including Roshan Mathew and Mathukutty Xavier, and promised to improve.

Aishwarya Lekshmi combines festivity with purpose
Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi gave her Vishu wishes a meaningful twist this year. In her post, she mentioned her association with the Kerala Government and Health Department for a cause titled KARE. She encouraged fans to watch an awareness video and contribute to the initiative that aims to support children in need. “Happy Vishu to one and all,” she wrote, urging everyone to help however they can.
