shares a new behind-the-scenes video, teasing a fight sequence between star Ana de Armas and Keanu Reeves. Following the massive success of the first four John Wick movies, the franchise’s first feature film spinoff is set to arrive this summer, with de Armas starring as Eve, an assassin seeking vengeance after the murder of her father. As has been teased in the Ballerina trailers, Reeves will reprise his role as Wick for the film, with the character sent to stop Eve after she starts causing problems.
The official Lionsgate YouTube account now shares a video showing a fight rehearsal between de Armas and Reeves, teasing that the showdown between Eve and Wick in Ballerina will be about more than just gun prowess. The video features de Armas on the offensive, attempting to land blows against Reeves, who uses his superior strength and size to his advantage. The behind-the-scenes clip also provides a peek into how this fight scene was modulated and iterated upon, with de Armas adjusting her form for the second go-round. Check out the video below:
