Insidious 6 has been delayed. The fifth movie, Insidious: The Red Door, was intended to end the story, but a sixth movie was later greenlit and scheduled for 2025 following Red Door‘s success.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Insidious 6 will now be released a year later than originally planned. It is now scheduled to debut on August 21, 2026 instead of August 29, 2025.
