Jensen Ackles suits up as the next big screen version of Batman in new DC Universe art. As James Gunn is rebooting the Justice League for the big and small screens, there are several huge iconic characters for the DCU’s Chapter 1: “Gods and Monsters” to cast. One of them will be Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman, as The Brave and The Bold is currently in active development at DC Studios.
The Brave and The Bold movie may not have found its leading star yet, but fans are making their voices heard through various dream casting picks, with Ackles being one of them. To show what he could look like as Batman in the DCU timeline, Captain Raccoon shared new artwork of Ackles in the Batsuit. Check it out below:
The DCU art sees Ackles with a fairly traditional Batsuit, from donning the yellow utility belt to having a classic-looking Batcave. While Andy Muschietti is set to direct The Brave and The Bold, the film still doesn’t have a release date as the script is still being written.
