The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping has found its Caesar Flickerman. In the original movies, the Hunger Games host was played by Stanley Tucci.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, Kieran Culkin has been cast as Caesar Flickerman. Culkin recently won an Academy Award for his performance in A Real Pain.
