Matt Reeves gives a candid update about The Batman 2 as the world waits for the highly anticipated DC sequel with Robert Pattinson.
In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Reeves was directly asked why The Batman 2 had to get pushed back with its release date to 2027. Reeves explained that this was about finishing the script for the sequel, as he shared the following:
Because we’re still finishing the script and there have been so many things going on. This next year is about getting into production and getting the movie going.
