Following Ryan Reynolds teasing that he is working on another project involving Deadpool, a new Marvel Cinematic Universe report sheds more light on it.
In a new report from The Hollywood Reporter, the trade revealed that the mystery project that Reynolds is writing for Marvel Studios is set to be a Deadpool/X-Men team-up film. While the untitled movie will involve X-Men players, this is separate from the X-Men reboot that Michael Lesslie is writing for Marvel Studios. According to THR, Reynolds’ MCU film is in early stages and is said to involve between three and four X-Men characters, while Deadpool would be a “supporting player.”
