And Just Like That Season 3’s Teased Death Would Be A Big Insult To This Sex And The City Character

The suspected death of this central Sex and the City character in the next season of the And Just Like That sequel would be a huge insult.

In addition to the return of the core original stars and supporting cast, the new season will also introduce several new faces, including Rosie O’Donnell, Mehcad Brooks, Jonathan Cake, and Logan Marshall-Green. While Carrie and Aidan’s central romance ended on a less hopeful note in the Sex and the City sequel’s season 2 ending, it seems that they are bound to be together again. In a previous interview, director Michael Patrick King and writers on the show shared their intention of creating a happily-ever-after story for the pair in the sequel.

Our Take On And Just Like That… Season 3

Carrie And Aidan Are Headed In The Right Direction

Aidan Shaw (John Corbett) kisses Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) goodbye in the And Just Like That season 2 finale

And Just Like That… season 3 appears to be full of surprises and ups and downs. Judging from the trailer, it seems that the new season is off to a tough start when it comes to its various characters, but will gradually see things shifting in a more positive direction as new experiences are gained and relationships are put to the test. One of the biggest surprises is undoubtedly Carrie and Aidan’s romance.

In the original Sex and the City, Carrie broke Aidan’s heart by choosing Big instead of someone who was nothing but loving to her. And Just Like That… offers the two a second chance for each other, and even then, their relationship isn’t without challenges. However, the season 3 trailer shows that Carrie and Aidan’s romance can stand the test of time. Aidan’s surprise visit to Carrie isn’t without a comedic twist, and Carrie is showing her maternal side as she spends time with Aidan’s kids.
