Breaking Dangerous star Aaron Paul has opened up about his character Powerplex in Prime Video’s adult-animated collection Invincible and why he received’t be returning to season 4.
In an interview with the Kinda Humorous Video games podcast, Paul spoke about his position in Invincible and why he received’t be returning because the supervillain, Powerplex. Paul spoke fondly of the present, however has made it clear he has no real interest in making a comeback:
“I did a few episodes, they usually requested me to come back again for subsequent season, however I’ve bought to let you know…that present, I am such a fan of. I watch each episode. I really like. It was simply approach too gruelling on my psyche. It was such an emotional…I’ve such respect for what they’re doing.
Powerplex is not only messing round. He is going by way of issues. Turmoil. I put myself in that pores and skin, and it was a pores and skin I did not really feel snug in, to be sincere. I did not wish to do it anymore…the factor is, everybody concerned in that’s superb. What it did to me, I did not like. I could not proceed.”
Paul’s character Powerplex was launched in season 3 as a delusional, emotionally unstable scientist who seeks revenge on Invincible on account of his position within the deaths of his niece and sister.
