Though it’s well-known as a family movie, Back to the Future Part II has some jokes that aren’t safe for work, and one can only be seen by pausing at exactly the right moment. While there were some things Back to the Future Part II got right about 2015, not all of its predictions were right. From self-lacing sneakers to flying cars, there were a few wild predictions about the future in one of the best Back to the Future movies. One such prediction was only in a few seconds of the film, and finding it means finding a dirty joke that wasn’t intended for young audiences.
Michael J. Fox played several McFly family members in the Back to the Future trilogy, and one of his most prominent roles was as Marty McFly Jr. in the second installment. Marty Jr. was, basically, the butt of many of the movie’s jokes. He let Griff (Tom Wilson) walk all over him, he whined and made bad jokes to the rest of his family, and he was obsessed with watching television whenever possible. Marty Jr. was certainly a funny character in Back to the Future Part II, but you likely missed one of his best – and most NSFW – jokes.
Back To The Future Part II’s Opening Hill Valley Scene Contains A NSFW Easter Egg
Marty McFly Jr. Was Ogling Women Who Had Just Received Breast Implants
When Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) and Marty first see Marty McFly Jr. at the beginning of Back to the Future Part II, he’s ogling some well-endowed women on the street. While that’s a fairly NSFW joke in itself, another hidden detail made it even funnier. If you pause at just the right moment, the text on the building the women were exiting can be read, and it reveals that the women were leaving a “plastic surgery franchise,” while another sign in front advertises a sale on breast implants. Presumably, Marty Jr. chose to walk down that street in particular for a reason.

Back To The Future Part II Also Has Adjustable Breast Implants On TV
In addition to the blink-or-you-miss-it Easter Egg at the beginning of the movie, Back to the Future Part II has another, much easier to catch, joke about breast implants. While Jennifer (Elisabeth Shue) was snooping around the future McFly house, she spied Marty Jr. watching six different television channels at once. On one of the channels, an advertisement for a product called “The Super Inflatable ‘TIT'” could be seen, and a woman demonstrated that it was a breast implant that could increase in size. Another shot of the ad promoted the idea that it was perfect for “that last-minute adjustment.”

Back To The Future: Why Jennifer Faints Seeing Her Future Self, But Biff Doesn’t
Back to the Future features a memorable moment where Jennifer meets her older self and faints, but why doesn’t young Biff have the same reaction?
Evidently, Marty Jr.’s ogling on the street only scratched the surface of 2015’s plastic surgery technology. The NSFW jokes in Back to the Future Part II, while funny enough on their own, also fit well with the movie’s critiques of the consumerism and materialism of the future. It makes sense that a world dominated by dehydrated pizzas and 3D ads for Jaws 19 would also have products as inane as breast implants that can be adjusted while in a woman’s chest. The jokes also serve as a fun detail for more mature fans of Back to the Future Part II to enjoy.
