Andy Allo teases how Upload season 4 will conclude the series. Allo plays Nora Anthony in the sci-fi show, which focuses on a man’s experience post-mortem when he is uploaded into a virtual world. Nora is a customer service representative for the protagonist in the afterlife, who deals with everything from challenging customers to unfortunate dating apps. In addition to Allo, Upload features a leading cast including Robbie Amell, Allegra Edwards, Zainab Johnson, Kevin Bigley, Owen Daniels, and Andrea Rosen. Upload has had three seasons so far and will soon end with season 4.
In an interview with ScreenRant at the Saturn Awards, Allo hints at what it to come in Upload season 4. The actor said that “season 4 will absolutely blow your mind.” The actor said she cannot yet tell audiences “which Nathan survived” but coyly added that it is “whatever you think is probably true.” She spoke highly of the cast and crew behind Upload, saying that it was “such an honor” to work with a group of such talented people, making the series’ conclusion “bittersweet.” Check out the full quote from Allo below:

It was such a dream to get back together with everyone. We honestly lucked out with our cast. Everybody is so wonderful, and we’ve really gotten to become a family. I think that’s why bittersweet that it’s our last season to wrap up the story. I’m grateful that we have closure, but man, I’m going to miss these guys. This was such an honor, especially working with Greg Daniels. I got to mark that off my bucket list, so I’m feeling really, really excited for you guys to see it.
What This Means For Upload Season 4
Upload Season 4 Has A Big Plot Point To Resolve
As Allo alludes to, the Prime Video series still has a major plot point to resolve from the Upload season 3 ending. During the mind-bending third season, a real-life version of Nathan was dating one person while a digital backup version of his consciousness was in Lakeview, dating a different person. The final moments of Upload season 3 told the audience that one version of Nathan had died, but did not reveal which one. This left Upload season 3 on a huge cliffhanger, which Allo’s quote still has not clarified.
Prior to Upload‘s season 4 renewal, the Nora actor has previously stated what her want for the outcome would be. In a 2023 interview, she said that she would hope that the real Nathan was alive after the events of the third season. She said “I hope it’s him, selfishly, for Nora,” who is dating the real-life version of him. Co-star Edwards had theorized that it was the digital back-up of Nathan that had survived past season 3. Now, the mystery remains until Upload season 4 is released.

Upload Season 4 Will Be Exciting Either Way
Either outcome will make for an exciting turn for Upload season 4, as it is possible that the dead Nathan could still be revived in some way. It will be interesting to see how quickly this plot is resolved in Upload season 4. After all, how the dead Nathan met his demise is just as interesting as which one did not make it. All will be revealed when this final Upload season is released.
